Refunds and cancellations
How cancellations, rescheduling and refunds work for Applied SI consulting time.
Effective 15 October 2026 · Polaris Group, LLC
01Cancelling or rescheduling a meeting
- If you cancel at least 24 hours before a meeting starts, all time reserved for it is released back to your balance. If you reschedule at least 24 hours before, the time reserved for it is carried to the new time, with no deduction.
- If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, 30 minutes are deducted from your purchased time, never more than the time reserved for that meeting. This is a deduction from purchased time, not an additional charge.
- If Applied SI cancels a meeting, all time reserved for it is released, whatever the notice. If Applied SI reschedules it, the reserved time is carried to the new time, whatever the notice, with no deduction.
02Expiry
Purchased consulting time does not expire.
03Refunds of unused time
- You may ask for a refund of unused time at any time. Unused time is purchased time that has not been used for a meeting or for approved work and has not been deducted under this policy.
- The refund is in proportion to the price you actually paid for the package. We do not deduct payment-processing fees from it.
- For example, if half of your purchased time is eligible and unused, the refund is half of the price you paid.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once a refund is issued, it usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
04Work outside meetings
Work outside meetings begins only after you approve a time cap. Time used on that work, within the cap and recorded in its delivery record, counts as used.
