01Who we are

These terms apply when you buy or use consulting services from Polaris Group, LLC (“Applied SI,” “we,” “us”). Services are delivered by Jason Bowman. Applied SI is a Polaris Group endeavor. Contact: hello@appliedsi.consulting.

02Services

We provide business and AI strategy consulting, software development and hands-on implementation, as described on Services. The scope of each engagement is agreed with you before work begins.

03Packages, prices and payment

Consulting time is sold in prepaid packages at the prices shown when you buy. Payment is due in full upfront, in US dollars. Any taxes that apply are stated before you pay. Card payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number.

04Using purchased time

• Each meeting or work item uses at least 30 minutes; time after that is counted in 15-minute increments, rounded up.
• Consultations are scheduled in 30- or 60-minute meetings.
• Work outside meetings starts only after you approve a time cap, and we keep a delivery record of the work and the time it used.
• Purchased time does not expire.

05Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

Our Refunds and cancellations policy is part of these terms.

06Changes

We may change our prices or these terms for future purchases. A change never alters the price or terms you accepted for a purchase you have already made.

07Your part

Please give us the information, access and decisions the work needs, and tell us about any confidentiality requirements before you share material with us.

08Advice and results

Recommendations are made in good faith using professional judgment. Results depend on many factors, including how recommendations are put to use, so specific outcomes are not guaranteed, and you remain responsible for your own business decisions.
